What a beautiful day! Twenty-six years ago my dear hippie parents were married in the living room by a minister from the phone book. Their wedding was short and sweet, followed by a reception in the dining room involving a sheet cake from the grocery store with a big rainbow on it and a giant bottle of champagne! Living the dream!
I love my family so much and I love to tell the romantic wedding tale of my parents.
It's amazing how life changes. One day you're a hippie getting married in your living room and the next, you're super Catholic working for the glory of God!
Jesus, please bless my dear parents on their wedding anniversary. Help them to always be in love with You and with each other!
